15 Passenger Van Rental Requirements
All Renters and Additional Renters must be at least 25 Years of Age or older.
All renters and additional renters must provide Affordable Car Rental of Ithaca a Certificate of Insurance naming Affordable Car Rental of Ithaca and Affiliated car Rental LC as additional insureds.
All renters and additional renters will be subject to a D\L history report to be reviewed by the management of Affordable Car Rental of Ithaca.
The renter will be required to disclose the reason for the rental of the vehicle. Affordable Car Rental of Ithaca may require a minimum number of days rental for long distance trips, this is done for safety reason, short term long distance rentals will be declined.
The renter and any additional renter will be required to review and then sign the 15 Passenger addendum which outlines steps to be taken to limit unnecessary risk.
Affordable Car Rental of Ithaca reserves the right to amend the requirements at any time.

Under the age of 25 you must have a personal auto policy in your name which provides "Liability" as well as "Comp & Collision".
Geographic Restrictions
Standard area of travel is 300 mile radius from the renting location.
